So I called DGI again. To be fair, it was after business hours last night, but still, how are you going to have a full voicemail?
Well, I was directed to Leslie in customer service and was told that "this question is already pending" and to give me her name and number and the'll get an answer back to me.
I inquired about what exactly "this question is pending" means and she said they are asking Quality Control and may need to ask China. OH good. China is definitely who I was hoping was going to be behind funding a cure for breast cancer!
So, I gave Leslie my name and number and will now sit and wait patiently to hear back from her. Just to reassure you, I am not planning on holding my breath whilst I wait.
This is FUN!
